About Us
National Water Carts is a leading manufacturer of water trucks and carts, supplying the construction, mining, and civil industries. We're growing fast and seeking an organised, proactive Internal Sales Representative to support customers, process orders, manage stock, coordinate logistics, and handle warranty enquiries.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, orders, freight, e-commerce sales, and warehouse stock. You'll also log and track service tickets in Salesforce, liaise with internal teams, and ensure timely updates for customers. The role includes collecting parts from suppliers (driver's licence essential; forklift licence desirable or willingness to obtain). Over time, you'll develop product knowledge and progress into direct sales of parts, accessories, and larger manufactured products.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Order entry, warehouse stock management, and e-commerce updates.
- Freight and logistics coordination (domestic & international).
- Parts sourcing, purchasing, and collection.
- Warranty and service ticket management in Salesforce.
- Build product knowledge and grow into direct sales.
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer skills, with experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP (Katana or similar), and Microsoft Office 365.
- Background in internal sales, e-commerce, warehouse/stock control, or logistics.
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in internal sales, e-commerce, warehouse/stock control, or logistics.
- Familiarity with freight/shipping processes.
- Driver's licence (essential); forklift licence (desirable/willingness to obtain).
- A valid car licence is required for this position.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- Valid Australian work authorisation or appropriate work visa is required.
