This role supports payroll integrity through strong controls, reconciliations and statutory compliance — separate from payroll processing.
The role
* Payroll tax, superannuation and statutory reconciliations
* End-of-month payroll accounting and reporting
* Managing payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting audits and compliance reporting
* Partnering closely with payroll and finance teams
About you
* Experience in payroll accounting or finance within a payroll environment
* Strong understanding of payroll-related statutory obligations
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365 or similar)
* Strong analytical and compliance mindset
