Contact Services Officer
Provide support to our Facilities Management (FM) Support Desk. Monday to Friday hours - 80 hours per fortnight Salary packaging benefits + 5 weeks Annual Leave + Monthly ADO
About The Role
Working within a multi-skilled team and reporting to the FM Helpdesk Manager, the contact services officer position will have a broad range of responsibilities, including:
* FM Help Desk support – comprising of administrative assistance to various departments
* Customer Service and general Administrative Duties Processing of purchase orders, invoices
* Fielding Engineering, Biomedical and Fleet Management inquiries
* Dispatching tasks to field technicians
About You
* Demonstrated administration experience
* Experience with Facilities Management‐related software systems
* Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and databases
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner
* Exceptional people and customer service skills
* The ability to complete additional shifts where required
