Your new company
This is a standalone temporary position for a HR Advisor/BP within a medical devices company. This is a part time, temporary role, working 2/3 days a week (or 5 short days) for 6 months. This is a newly created role which has the potential to convert to permanent.
Your new role
* Reporting into the Senior HR Manager based overseas, you will be taking full ownership of HR across ANZ, managing a workforce of 25 local employees
* Responding to all HR queries
* Managing employee relations and performance management
* Processing contracts and preparing letters
* Providing advice on upgrading processes/streamlining
You will need
* You will be a confident HR Advisor who has local employment law knowledge
* Must be looking for a part time role, and able to commute to the jobs location
* Working rights for a minimum of 6 months
* Any experience with HR in Japan would be highly regarded but not essential
You will get
* Flexible part time hours, with the ability to WFH twice per week
* Hourly rate is dependent on experience, up to 60 per hour for a HRBP
* The potential to convert to permanent
