About the Role
* Perform general administrative duties including stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching of goods.
* Support customers with pricing and product inquiries.
* Process counter sales transactions.
* Maintain safety protocols.

* Previous experience in a support role within a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for agriculture and farming, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural products.
* Effective verbal communication skills to build long-term customer relationships.
* Proactive approach to work and practical organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Problem-solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly.
* Ability to identify process improvements.
* Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
