The Role
* Act as the face and voice of the branch, qualifying inbound calls and emails from plumbers, contractors, and architects
* Accurately enter orders into an ERP system (Pronto)
* Manage freight and couriers for customer deliveries or liaise with clients to coordinate their own collections
* Monitor stock levels and raise transfers from interstate or overseas, coordinating arrival via sea or air
* Work closely with the Office Manager and internal sales team to provide availability, lead times, and product information
* Think on your feet to resolve delivery issues or stock shortages, ensuring the customer's project stays on track
About You
* We're looking for someone who has 1-2 years in a face‐to‐face customer service and/or call centre role
* You love to archive and manage your inbox with high efficiency
* You have a great phone manner
* You're a quick learner with an ERP system
