Hourly Guarantee: $160 p/hr for the first three months (higher guarantee for UCC/PCC work). Upfront Payment Option: Based on committing to a set number of consulting hours per week, with flexible agreement options. Doctor-Centric Support: Full back-office support from Partnered Health Medical Centers (PHMC) while retaining full control over your diary and patient volume. Established Practice: Open for 40 years with a strong, loyal patient base and long-tenure GP team. Location: Boutique practice with 4 large consult rooms. Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm.
