The Role
Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room employees to provide bulk cooking for Breakfast and Lunch or Dinner and Desserts.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness according to industry standards.
Assist in managing team performance and employee development, ensuring all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to the minimum.
About The Position
This position requires a qualified Chef with a minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent. Bulk catering or buffet experience is essential.
Able to manage compliance with OH&S procedures, maintain high standards of food hygiene, and ensure all kitchen procedures are followed.
