Join the AmpForce Solar team as a full-time Electrician based in Wodonga, Victoria. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar power and battery systems, ensuring they are functioning safely and efficiently for our residential and commercial clients.

About the role:
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine the appropriate solar power system for the client's needs
* Install, test and commission new solar and battery systems
* Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar power systems
* Liaise with clients to provide guidance and advice on the operation of their solar power systems
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
* Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed
* Ability to lead and work with a team of 3 Apprentice Electricians
About you:
* Qualified electrician with a current Victorian Electrician's Licence
* Minimum two years experience in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, preferably in a residential and off grid setting
* A leader to delegate, supervise and train a small team
* Willing to use machinery to install Off Grid systems (Forklift, Scissor Lift, Digger, Trencher etc)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* SAA License preferable, however not essential
* Commitment to safety and quality standards
* An ability to plan and have a strong attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
