We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison to join our vibrant contact centre team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of outbound phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments with clients, meeting KPIs and deadlines associated within a busy environment, capturing and recording information electronically, and using multiple industry-specific and Microsoft Office programs.
This role is perfect for individuals who are confident communicators with excellent IT skills and previous experience working within a call centre environment or an office with high volume phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a high volume of outbound phone calls
* Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients
* Meeting KPIs and deadlines associated within a busy environment
* Capturing and recording information electronically
* Using multiple industry-specific and Microsoft Office programs
Requirements:
* Previous experience working within a call centre environment or an office with high volume phone calls
* Confident communication skills
* Advanced IT skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
