About The Role
* Lead Coaching: Deliver engaging and safe classes for athletes of all ages, from 3 years old to adults.
* Program Execution: Effectively implement our established 10-week curriculum with consistency and quality.
* Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor assistant coaches to ensure class safety, quality, and adherence to the program.
