Duties: Provide expert advice on employee and workplace relations matters, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, policies, and employment legislation Manage and resolve employee relations cases, including grievances, disputes, investigations, and separations Guide and support managers and leaders in applying enterprise agreements and HR best practices Deliver training and coaching to people leaders on workplace relations, conflict resolution, and compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives in workplace relations policies and processes About you: HR/IR/Law tertiary qualification Strong case management experience, ideally within State Government Strong knowledge of employment law & enterprise agreements Excellent communication & problem-solving skills Ability to influence & build relationships Must have a drivers license/be willing to travel across sites in South East Melbourne Must have or be willing to obtain a WWCC and National Police check What's in it for you?
