Key Responsibilities
Source and secure new
commercial sales and leasing listings
Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions
Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants
Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
About You
2–5+ years’ experience
in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-managed
Professional presentation with a client-focused approach
Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
