Business Development Executive Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to commercial leasing, lease negotiations, and market research. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiation skills
* Knowledge of Lease Agreements and Contracts
* Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis

* Previous experience in the commercial property industry is a plus
