Optical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding patients through lens and frame selection, delivering accurate measurements and fittings, and maintaining smooth front-of-house operations.
About the Role:
* Guide patients through lens and frame selection with confidence and care.
* Deliver accurate measurements, adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
* Maintain smooth front-of-house operations - from welcoming patients to managing orders.
About You:
* You might be experienced in optics or newer to the craft - either way, you enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel confident in their eyewear.
* You have solid computer skills and a willingness to pick up new systems.
* You bring accuracy, pride, and a team-first mindset to everything you do.
