OverviewFixed Term / Full TimeSalary: $76,302 - $85,765 gross p.a. plus 12% Super35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitimeLocated at Nowra Administration BuildingApplications close Wednesday, 1 October 2025 (at midnight)About the RoleThis position is responsible for undertaking and coordinating the review and finalisation of subdivision certificates submitted to Council.
You will also be required to:Provide research and administrative support to the Development Coordinators and Engineers within the Development Services Department.Resolve enquiries from and dealing with consultants, solicitors and applicants regarding subdivision applications.Use the PEXA Platform, in particular creating workspaces, co-ordinating & arranging deferred payment settlements, Discharge of Mortgage settlements, RATU/variations, etc.This is a fixed term full time position, for 4 months.
Please refer to the Job Description under the Job Attachments for a comprehensive list of duties, responsibilities and skills required.About YouTo be successful in the position, you will have:Certificate III in Business Administration and / or equivalent experience and related skills.Certificate IV in Local Government (Planning) or equivalent.Highly developed oral and written communication skills to the extent necessary to provide effective customer services, resolve disputes and negotiate for positive outcomes.Ability to consult, share information and work collaborativelyDemonstrated working knowledge of the development application process, particularly subdivisionsDemonstrated effective time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to balance competing workloads and deliver within deadlinesClass C Driver's LicenceFamiliarity with legislation related to land titles and registration is advantageous.How to ApplyTo submit an application, click Apply and complete each Step of the application.
