NDIS Reportable Incident Officer – Novita

About the Role

This role plays a key part in ensuring Novita’s compliance with NDIS standards through incident management, audits, and strategic quality initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold client safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and triage client incidents for NDIS reportable thresholds.
- Manage notifications and investigations in line with statutory obligations.
- Lead internal audits and contribute to service delivery improvements.
- Monitor compliance against NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
- Provide strategic advice on risk, governance, and quality frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in compliance, audit, and quality systems within disability or community services.
- Strong understanding of NDIS regulatory and reporting requirements.
- Skilled in incident management, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to inform service delivery enhancements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Relevant qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Current SA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Base salary with annual leave loading and 12% superannuation.
- Salary packaging up to $15,900, increasing take‑home pay by approximately $5,000.
