NW are growing fast and we need the help of a driven & motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our fun-loving, family-oriented team
While we'd love to bring on board someone with Recruitment experience, we are in the position of being able to provide full training and mentoring for the right applicant who has any combo of the following transferable skills:
* Sales experience, building relationships with clients and solving problems
* Customer service in a professional environment
* Administration including accounting & sales support
* Experience in fast paced environments
Your day to day activities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
* Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including advertising, social media and networking
* Screening applicants including conducting interviews and reference checks
* Matching the perfect person with the perfect job
* Ensuring all new employees meet compliance requirements for their position
* Resolving a range of queries and problems relating to Payroll, HR and IR
In order to succeed in the position, you must be able to confidently demonstrate how you meet all of the following criteria:
* Have excellent computer skills, including picking up new systems quickly
* Be a passionate people person with the ability to engage those from a variety of backgrounds
* Have quick problem solving abilities
* Possess exceptional attention to detail
* Be a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help a work mate out
* Have terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
This role is a permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. You will be rewarded with a generous remuneration package and other benefits. Drivers licence essential.
