As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes using structured tools such asPFMEA
* Troubleshooting production issues, determining root causes, and leading corrective actions
* Enhancing efficiency through workflow analysis, layout planning and tooling improvements
* Preparing and maintaining process documentation including Control Plans and Standardised Work
* Implementing cost‐reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards
* Supporting production teams with technical guidance and best‐practice development
As a Production Engineer, your experience will include:
* ABachelor's degree(or similar) in a mechanical engineering discipline
* At least two years' experience within a manufacturing, process or production engineering role
* Familiarity withAPQP core tools,CAD,Lean Six Sigmaor standardised work methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Experience working under pressure and within agreed timelines
* Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
