Offer description

Ready to take your Workforce Management experience into a role where you can lead clients, solve real workforce challenges and help shape a growing specialist practice, backed by a supportive and expert delivery team?

We are looking for a skilled and passionate WFM Implementation Consultant to join our growing Humanforce team.

About Pinpoint HRM

Pinpoint is proud to be the first Humanforce advisory and delivery partner in the region. Over the past three years, we have been involved in more than 30 Humanforce projects, supporting larger and more complex customers to drive business transformation through the Humanforce product suite.

Known as The HR Tech Project Experts, Pinpoint HRM is a specialist HR technology consultancy. We partner with organisations to design, implement and optimise people systems that make work simpler, smarter and more effective.

About the role

As a Humanforce WFM Implementation Consultant, you will guide clients through the implementation of Humanforce solutions, with a focus on workforce management, rostering, time and attendance, award interpretation and related payroll / HCM integration requirements.

You will work on Humanforce projects across organisations, with large frontline, shift-based and hourly workforces. You will lead client workshops, understand business requirements, consult on best practices, and configure practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.

You will not be doing this alone! You will be part of an experienced and incredibly supportive team of consultants, project managers and client-side resources who work together to deliver referenceable projects and happy customers.

This role is ideal for an experienced WFM implementation consultant who knows their stuff, enjoys working with clients and wants to be part of a specialist consultancy with a strong, successful and growing Humanforce practice.

What you will be doing

* Guide clients through all project phases, including discovery, solution orientation, future state design, configuration, testing, deployment and transition to BAU.
* Lead client workshops and consult on best practice in rostering, time and attendance, award interpretation and workforce management processes.
* Gather, analyse and document client requirements, current state processes and desired future state outcomes.
* Configure solutions in line with agreed business requirements and solution design.
* Provide best practice guidance based on each client's unique business requirements, processes and operating environment.
* Advice clients on project options, risks, dependencies and impacts to other systems or business processes.
* Act as a WFM subject matter expert and support clients through the systems development lifecycle.
* Support data gathering, validation, testing, training, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
* Work closely with project managers, consultants and client stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget.
* Continually seek ways to improve the way WFM solutions are delivered.
* Take accountability for your work and contribute to strong project and client outcomes.

About you

You are a confident implementation consultant with strong workforce management domain knowledge. You enjoy solving problems, leading clients through change and translating complex requirements into practical system outcomes. You will bring:

* WFM system implementation experience (1-3yrs) – ideally with Humanforce solutions but other leading WFM solutions will be highly regarded
* Strong experience with rostering, time and attendance and ANZ award interpretation.
* Strong domain knowledge across payroll, rostering and time attendance processes.
* Strong workshop facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving capability.
* A passion for learning, improving and evolving.

What you get

At Pinpoint, you will join a fun, collaborative and supportive team where opinions are valued and people genuinely care about the work they do.

You will also enjoy:

* A flexible working from home / working from office environment.
* Fantastic work‐life balance.
* Access to ongoing training, development and certifications.
* Competitive remuneration.
* A team culture built on trust, autonomy, support and accountability.

At Pinpoint, you'll enjoy the freedom and flexibility to create your own path. To choose where and when you work. To be curious, experimental and innovative.

Whether you're an ocean, home computer or partition away, you'll always feel part of a close, supportive team on an exciting ride to create happy clients and shake up our industry. You'll feel heard, respected and celebrated for being you, and you'll have a lot of fun along the way.

If this sounds like the right next step for you, we would love to hear from you. Apply today!

If you require any adjustments or support to participate fully in the recruitment process, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
