Bookkeeper Job Description

This role is for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic taxation and accounting firm in Langwarrin. The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper within a tax and accounting firm, prior experience in a taxation/accounting office environment, and proficiency in XERO and FYI software.


Key Responsibilities:

* Booking and planning clients appointments
* Preparing files for accountant appointments
* Mail and all communications via ATO Portal


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 4–5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper within a tax and accounting firm
* Prior experience in a taxation/accounting office environment
* Proficiency in XERO and FYI software
* Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
