We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Mentor Support Professional. In this role, you will provide emotional support and practical assistance to young people experiencing homelessness or crisis.
About the Role
You will work closely with clients to build strong relationships, help them connect with community services, and ensure their safety and well-being in a 24-hour setting. Your key responsibilities will include providing information and referral pathways, supporting clients to develop healthy family and social networks, and transporting clients safely using an organisation-provided vehicle.
