Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed interventions in line with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act and contemporary clinical practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Comprehensive psychiatric assessment and formulation
* Delivery of case management and structured therapeutic interventions
* Crisis assessment, risk formulation, and management
* Care coordination in collaboration with consumers, carers, GPs, and support agencies
* Participation in multidisciplinary team reviews and clinical governance processes
Key Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience within Community Mental Health in an Australian healthcare setting
* Demonstrated expertise in psychiatric assessment, clinical formulation, and the delivery of recovery-oriented interventions
* Strong knowledge of risk assessment, crisis work, and care planning
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a commitment to integrated, multidisciplinary care
* Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate clinical leadership, and support service innovation in a regional setting
