Human Resource Manager
Salary up to $154,980 gross per annum plus super (dependent on qualifications and years of experience)
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering on the complete scope of human resource functions from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, performance management and development planning, industrial relations, records management and operational support demonstrating contemporary, best practice standards.
This position also provides mentoring and training to emerging Managers, Team Leaders and Coordinators with an emphasis of working collaboratively with a demonstrated commitment to Indigenous leadership, career development and organisation capacity building. The position will provide oversight of Aboriginal Health Worker trainee cohorts and organisational HR related training, including mandatory and/or compliance training and general training.
