Job Description
In this role, you will be a key member of our close‐knit branch in Geraldton and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.
A typical day will involve
* Provide solutions and in‐store experience that inspires our customers.
* Administer such tasks as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Build relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Respond to customer queries and make follow‐up calls.
* Maintain a well‐run storeroom and contribute to the overall look of the branch.
* Load and unload deliveries; pick, pack, despatch orders; receive goods in/out; conduct inventory and stocktake.
* Drive safely and abide by road rules at all times.
* Champion an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* Current valid Australian driver's licence.
* Exceptional attention to detail; prior stores or warehousing experience desirable.
* Current forklift licence desirable.
* Positive energy, motivation to become an expert in your field.
* Passion for building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry highly regarded; otherwise product training will be provided.
