About the Role This role would suit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Coordinator or Candidate Manager looking to further develop their career in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will provide hands-on recruitment, order fulfillment and candidate management, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, consultant effectiveness and candidate experience. With strong demand across the trades sector and a well-established client base, you will have the opportunity to focus on building strong candidate relationships and delivering great outcomes, while working alongside an experienced team that values collaboration, delivering exceptional candidate care and “doing recruitment the right way”. Key Responsibilities Use creative and innovative techniques to source the best candidates in the market for designated temp assignments and permanent vacancies Establish and maintain a renowned personal brand as a "Trades" specialist, attracting quality candidates for positions such as; Electricians, Boilermakers, Maintenance Fitters, Welders, Trades Assistants, Civil Operators, Labourers etc Undertake thorough and professional recruitment processes, from screening and interviewing through to reference checks, with an emphasis on excellence and obtaining effective outcomes Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships through engaging and ongoing communication together with a strong orientation towards safety and wellness Build high-quality candidate talent pools that enable orders to be fulfilled quickly and efficiently Utilise strong administrative and prioritisation skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures Achieve consistent placement success and revenue targets About You Agency or internal recruitment experience (preferably recruiting in the trades sector) Demonstrated ability, motivation and work ethic to achieve superior recruitment outcomes on a consistent basis, distinguishing yourself as a high-performer Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment where attention to detail, excellence and candidate care are essential A collaborative team player who values accountability and professionalism Bring energy, urgency, efficiency and a strong work ethic to daily activities Committed to contributing to a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace culture The Offer $65,000 – $80,000 super (depending on experience) Achievable and lucrative bonus scheme – uncapped!
