You will be the first point of contact in their contact centre, where your days will be varied dealing with all kinds of questions about their products and services, general questions about the customer's profile and making sure they are set up for success.
This position will come with an extensive 4 weeks of paid training which will get you up to speed with all of the company and their products, systems and the industry.
**Role Requirements**
- An interest and passion for outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in call centre or customer service
- The ability to work well under pressure and problem-solve on the fly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with computer systems or affinity with technology
- The ability to identify the customer's needs and solve their problems in a quick and timely manner
**About the Role**
- Full-time role with a salary of $51,732 + super
- 12 February start date
- Rotating roster between 7AM - 11PM, Monday to Sunday
- During training hours rotate between 8AM - 7PM, Monday to Friday
- Shifts between 8AM - 7PM are office-based, shifts outside these hours are WFH
- Extensive 4 weeks of paid training
