Responsibilities:
* Candidate Management:
Interview, manage, and nurture candidate relationships.
* Client Interaction:
Meet with clients, understand their needs, and build lasting partnerships.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
* Business Development:
Proactively seek out new clients and expand our network.
* Team Collaboration:
Work within a supportive and high-achieving team.
Who We're Looking For:
* Experience:
Experience in a sales recruitment role is preferred, but not essential
* You could also come from a Sales environment or a Corporate background looking to make a switch into Sales Recruitment.
* Interest:
Excitement collaborating with businesses in Tech, SaaS, FMCG, or Industrial sectors
* Attributes:
Self-motivated, energetic, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for people.
