About the Role
This role is responsible for guiding and supporting carer and staff interactions with children and young people. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans and leading reflective practice to support carers and staff to develop their therapeutic skills.
Key Objectives
The primary objective of this role is to provide critical support for casework teams working across various programs.
This is an ongoing Full-time opportunity within our Intensive Therapeutic Program based in Clarence Coffs Harbour (NSW). The position reports to the Principal Practitioner.
Essential Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline is essential.
* Current registration as a psychologist with the relevant governing body is required.
* Post Graduate training in relevant child, adolescent and family clinical practice is strongly preferred.
