The role
You'll join a welcoming, well-supported pharmacy team where your experience will have real impact. Depending on the site, your work may include:
* Delivering clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, rehabilitation or oncology wards
* Conducting medication reviews and discharge counselling
* Participating in ward rounds and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams
* Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care
What you'll need
* Current AHPRA registration - not an intern role
* Minimum 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
* Confidence using systems such as iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise or similar
