The Role
We're seeking experienced HVAC / Electrical Technicians to help keep one of Australia's largest fuel retail networks operating smoothly and efficiently. You'll work as part of a multi-trade mobile team, travelling to client sites in a company-supplied vehicle.
Using your trade knowledge and maintenance expertise, you'll carry out both mechanical and electrical work to keep HVAC and electrical systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role includes a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and client support, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing
* Assemble, install, test, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in air conditioning and ventilation systems
* Conduct maintenance on chillers, package units, split systems, and filtration equipment
* Undertake general electrical works, planned maintenance, and breakdown repairs
* Identify, diagnose, and complete remedial works
* Inspect and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for optimal performance
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring client expectations are met
* Provide high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships
* Adhere to all BGIS safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Your Education, Experience & Skills
* Trade qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (minimum requirement)
* Restricted or Full Electrical Licence
* White Card (General Construction Induction)
* WPCG accreditation or Fuels Retail experience (advantageous)
* 1–5 years' experience in a similar HVAC/Electrical maintenance role
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Flexible, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
* Full working rights in Australia (essential)
