We are excited to be recruiting two Administration Assistants to join a well-respected and growing industry leader in Queanbeyan. These roles are available immediately, continuing through to March 2026, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. About the Role You will be part of a supportive team environment where no two days are the same. The role focuses on customer service, administration, and assisting with the daily operations of a dynamic showroom. You will thrive in this position if you are confident, professional, and genuinely enjoy creating a positive experience for customers and industry partners. About You We're looking for candidates who have: Previous administration experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Confidence engaging with designers, architects, trades, and the general public * A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to learn quickly * An interest in marketing or social media, with ideas to contribute * A desire for career development and long-term progression Highly regarded but not essential: * Experience within the stone, building, or design industry * Architectural or design background/exposure * Experience using Xero * Experience preparing invoices, quotes, or similar Training & Systems Full training is provided across the stone product range and the company's operating systems - including Vava, an intuitive new platform used for quotes, invoicing, payments, and order management.
