An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management Services team. Our team is driven to maximise the performance of our clients assets by providing an integrated solution that seamlessly connects leasing marketing property management and facilities management all through one point of contact.
This key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of this portfolio on behalf of our client. The main responsibilities of this role include :
Overseeing the presentation maintenance and compliance of the portfolio
Building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets
Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level
Preparation of all related contracts reports budgets reconciliations correspondence and documentation
Proactively managing the income and expenditure as well as the financial reporting requirements for the client
Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives
Communicate frequently with the client and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice in all aspects of the management of the property
Qualifications :
3 years experience in Commercial & / or Industrial property management including a thorough understanding of leasing practices legislation procedures and terminology
Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities developments and trends
Strong Excel skills
Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded
Strong organisational and negotiation skills
Ability to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highly team orientated environment
Strong attention to detail
