About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a
Sales Executive
to join our client's growing commercial team. This role is focused on driving
new business acquisition
across
SMB and mid-market segments
, with a strong emphasis on
inbound leads
.
In this position, you will engage prospective customers, identify their business challenges, and clearly articulate how the company's product ecosystem can deliver value. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and guide customers through a structured and successful buying journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage and qualify
inbound leads
, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective progression through the sales pipeline.
* Engage with prospects and trial users, building trusted relationships with
senior stakeholders
, particularly within mid-market and larger accounts.
* Deliver
compelling product presentations and demonstrations
, tailored to each client's business objectives.
* Work cross-functionally with
Marketing, Product, and Customer Support
teams to ensure seamless handovers and a high-quality customer experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with
decision-makers and key influencers
within prospective client organisations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity within
CRM systems
, managing opportunities from initial contact through to close.
* Act as the customer voice internally, partnering with relevant teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
* Monitor
market trends and competitor offerings
to effectively position solutions and strengthen value propositions.
* Participate in
industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
to generate new opportunities and expand market presence.
What They're Looking For:
* 2–5 years' experience
in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role within
software or SaaS environments
.
* Demonstrated success in
achieving or exceeding sales targets
.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach.
* Prior experience selling
SaaS platforms
such as CRM, ERP, Accounting, or HRMS solutions is highly regarded.
* Ability to work autonomously within a
remote or distributed team structure
.
* Hands-on experience using
CRM tools
to manage pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
* Willingness to
travel domestically
for client engagements, meetings, and industry events as required.
