Customer Service Officer
About the role
We currently have a position at our Fyshwick team for an experienced Full Time Customer Service Officer.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to:
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests.
* Handle customer orders, including processing, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery.
* Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate product information and pricing.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team.
* Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
About You!
You will be someone who is approachable and prides themselves on providing excellent service and working as a team. In addition you will also have:
* Previous experience in a customer service role.
* Desirable but not essential, experience and knowledge of building products.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
