The Geraldton Regional Aboriginal Medical Service is seeking to fill the position of Tackling Indigenous Smoking Officer on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.

This role will require the ability to show initiative in working collaboratively with government and non-government agencies and within the local community. The role also includes traveling out of town on occasions and occasionally working outside of normal clinic hours. Support will be provided by a team of workers, which includes the Tackling Indigenous Smoking Coordinator, General Practitioners, Aboriginal Health Practitioners/Workers, Nurses, and Receptionists.

Experience working with the Indigenous community is desirable.
