Job Title: Sales Growth Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in promoting the sales of construction and mining equipment across Western/South Western Melbourne & Country region.
Your key focus will be on managing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to marketing efforts to drive growth and meet market share expectations.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers within the territory
* Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for new business
* Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to general marketing, trade shows, and related networking activities
* Accurately report current and prospective activity, growth potential, market analysis, and competitor intelligence
Key Requirements
* Proven sales experience within the construction/earthmoving equipment industry or similar
* A genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service and develop positive relationships with customers
* Motivated and competitive drive to meet but exceed sales targets
* Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including proficiency in CRM software
* Confident, courteous, and professional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
* Current driver's license
