Care Worker, Community Aged Care

Responsibilities
* Provide personalised in‐home support services in line with individual care plans, including personal care, light domestic cleaning, meal preparation and travel.
* Follow care plans, keep the team updated on client health and wellbeing, and report any changes or concerns.
* Organise own workload and complete tasks within the time allocated.
* Build respectful, person‐centred relationships with clients and their families.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in aged, home or community care (desirable).
* A proactive, solution‐focused mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong reliability, honesty, a positive attitude and a commitment to safe work practices and professional boundaries.
* Physical capacity to perform manual tasks required in the role.
Successful applicants will also have
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
* National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
* Current unrestricted driver's licence.
* Your own registered and comprehensively insured car.
* Current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
* Right to work in Australia.
Employment details
* Perm part‐time: Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (may become casual).
* Locations: North, South, East, and West Adelaide.
* Use of own car with reimbursement at 99¢/km.
* Contract: Expression of Interest – vacancies will be offered when positions open.
