About your role: * Lead through independent initiation, management and evaluation of quality and service improvement activities, using advanced policy and organisational knowledge, to enhance service deliver and standards. * This position provides advice around and leads the development of professional competence and knowledge base in occupational therapy across the rural facilities. * Utilise advanced negotiation, consultancy, advocacy, reporting and change management skills to work with service providers and stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators as well as optimal client outcomes across the continuum of care.
