The Mercure Townsville has a unique opening for a Night Auditor who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference.
This role will involve Night Audit 2 days a week on Friday and Saturday, as well as shifts on the Front Desk when required. Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, nights, and weekends is a must.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
* Running Night Audit process
* Addressing guest requests in a friendly and timely manner
* Entering reservations, auditing reservations
* Checking guests in and out
* Completing daily tasks that are allocated by your manager
* Responding to accommodation enquiries
* Recognising and welcoming regular guests
* Maintaining accurate guest accounts
* Ability to handle guest complaints positively and professionally
