About the Role
As our Scheduler, you'll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers feel looked after from their very first call to the technician at their door.
You'll be working in a small, busy office where teamwork, communication and a positive attitude really matter.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Scheduling the technicians and coordinating work orders through ServiceM8
* Answering customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
* Providing clear and helpful information about our services
* Keeping our scheduling and reminder systems up to date
* Supporting the Team Leader and Director with day-to-day administrative tasks
What we are looking for

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
Essential Criteria
* Administration & customer service background
* Scheduling experience highly desirable
* ServiceM8 software experience highly desirable
