Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Customer Experience Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
Your primary goal will be to provide personalized service to customers, helping them find products and resolving any issues they may have. This will involve ensuring a smooth checkout process, executing cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
You will also be responsible for engaging customers with our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, facilitating enrollments and promoting brand loyalty. Additionally, you will educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey, fostering a culture of feedback and improvement.
In this role, you will assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), ensuring seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, maintaining a well-organized store environment. You will also complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including returns and store recovery, to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store.
Finally, you will support shrink and safety initiatives, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Execute cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently, minimizing errors and discrepancies.
* Engage customers with our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, promoting brand loyalty and retention.
* Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey, fostering a culture of feedback and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
* Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
Work Environment
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and early mornings. The position requires standing for long periods, frequent bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
