* Coordinating delivery schedules and follow-ups
* Processing orders and correspondence through the online portal
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
* Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Being physically fit to make deliveries
* Maintaining an unrestricted driver's license
* Having a current and satisfactory police check
