What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of Pentacon’s finance operations, making sure our vendors are paid on time, our accounts stay accurate, and our systems run smoothly. Every day will be different, but you can expect to:
1. Accurately process a high volume of invoices and payments, keeping everything on track and on time.
2. Check that invoices and purchase orders are approved correctly in line with our Delegated Authority Matrix.
