We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Site Manager, responsible for overseeing site works and ensuring efficient project delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Site supervision of plant, labour, and subcontractors;
* Efficient planning and coordination of all site work;
* Documenting, reviewing, and maintaining paperwork including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets;
* Enforcing and demonstrating safe work practices in all site-related works;
* Ensuring personnel are adequately trained and supported;
* Assisting the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations;
* Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 5+ years' experience delivering Civil or Remediation projects;
* Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors;
* Strong people management and communication skills;
* Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site;
* Asbestos Supervisor ticket, advantageous but not essential;
* Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential;
* Driver's license;
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
