Business Administration Trainee Role Overview
We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to fill a critical position in our Business Administration support team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Team Collaboration – Working closely with internal departments to coordinate processes and deliver efficient outcomes
* Business Support Services – Providing high-quality administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across our workforce and training programs.
* Compliance & Data Management – Maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory and organisational standards.
* Administrative Support - Carrying out various administration duties
* Processing - Assisting with processing Apprentice and Trainee sign-up paperwork
* Onboarding Coordination - Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth onboarding and management of Apprentices
* Reporting - Assisting with maintaining stakeholder databases and completing reporting
This full-time role offers hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Business. We provide a fantastic opportunity to gain expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic industry while working towards a professional qualification.
