About the Role:As a Speech Therapist at OKAY Therapy, you'll provide high-quality speech pathology services, including assessments, targeted therapy and intervention tailored to individual needs. You'll work closely with clients through individual and group therapy, offer family support and apply innovative approaches to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and deliver targeted therapy.Provide therapy in individual and group settings, including family support.Maintain compliance with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration requirements.Coordinate and facilitate group therapy programs.Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and professional development.Contribute to service development by integrating personal expertise and providing evidence-based feedback.
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.Minimum 2 years in speech pathology, with strong assessment and intervention skills.Valid Working with Children's Check specific to OKAY Therapy.Ability to engage effectively with clients, families and stakeholders.Strong proficiency in producing accurate and timely reports.Willingness to collaborate with therapists, educators and external partners.Alignment with OKAY Therapy's values and a drive to create inclusive communities.
