Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Engagement Management: Managing day-to-day operational aspects of formal insolvency appointments (e.g., trade-ons, liquidations, receiverships, administrations, receipts/payments, asset management). Stakeholder Communication: Assisting with clear and professional communication (written and verbal) with clients, creditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Advisory Support: Supporting the team on informal advisory engagements, such as independent business reviews and turnaround assignments. Analysis & Reporting: Compiling financial information, conducting analysis, drawing conclusions, and assisting with report preparation. Investigations: Assisting with investigations into antecedent transactions and insolvent trading, ensuring compliance and timely reporting of any contraventions. Relationship Building: Developing professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the firm's capabilities. What You'll Bring: Experience: 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally with exposure to insolvency, restructuring, or forensic accounting. Qualifications: A relevant bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar). Professional Certification: CA or CPA qualified, or actively working towards completion (support provided).
