Administration Officer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administration services through a comprehensive range of administrative, data entry and computer duties.
About the Role
This role is part of our Nepean/Blue Mountains HIV/Sexual Health clinics team. As an Administration Officer, you will work closely with clinicians, allied health and support staff to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team through a range of tasks including data entry, document preparation and filing.
* Answer telephone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and electronically.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Extensive administration experience including reception experience with effective customer service skills.
* Demonstrated extensive experience in the use of Windows based software including databases and experience using MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to prioritize, co-ordinate and time manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
