We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Sydney office.
In this role, you will be the sole IT support presence in our Sydney location, working as part of our wider Brisbane-based IT team whilst closely liaising with the Sydney administrative support team.This opportunity will be well-suited to a customer-focused individual with a keen interest in technology who enjoys problem-solving and wants to develop their career in IT.Our firm is currently going through an exciting IT refresh, providing numerous opportunities for growth and development.

No formal IT qualifications are required - we're more interested in your problem-solving abilities and enthusiasm for technology.Technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for supporting our legal professionals and ensuring their technology needs are met in a timely manner.Your responsibilities in this role will include :Providing hands-on technical support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issuesActing as the first point of contact for all IT-related enquiries in the Sydney officeProcessing and responding to service requests through our Service Desk platformDiagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues for legal and corporate services staffDelivering one-on-one and small group training on IT systems and applicationsClosely liaising with the Sydney administrative support team on day-to-day operationsWorking collaboratively with the Brisbane-based help desk team via remote communicationContributing ideas for process improvements and service enhancementsRole RequirementsAs this is an entry-level role (or suitable for somebody pivoting their career), we recognise you may not have extensive prior IT experience.
